muShanghai
muShanghai is a Pop-up City initiated by the mu community, held from May 10 to June 6, 2026 at Alibaba Center Hongqiao in Shanghai. Over 28 days it brought together around 800 global builders and more than 90 events, organized around four weekly themes: AI, biotechnology, robotics, and culture. It is an important stop in the mu community's effort to advance a co-living, co-creating public space model in Asia. GCC was listed as a Month Partner and hosted a dedicated GCC space on site. GCC's grant supported recruitment and promotion, event delivery, and post-event documentation. The event concluded on June 6, 2026, with media and materials published and plans for a long-term space put forward.
