Agora Citizen Network is a fully open-source civic deliberation platform that combines machine learning (ML), large language models (LLM), and zero-knowledge (ZK) technologies to build a structured, multi-party dialogue space for the public. Based on the consensus-forming logic of Pol.is, it encourages participants to express positions around specific viewpoints and uses algorithms to analyze group distribution, points of divergence, and potential consensus.
